Healthy 24 year old male here, again. Will my rates be lower than most others, like they have been traditionally, or will they go up, and if so, why?

These plans stopped in 2010, as per Obamacare. You can only buy these policies if you are under thirty. But it must be a qualified Catastrophic Coverage plan. If you purchase the Bronze Plan it will be the lowest premium of the four that are offered.
