A Word From Donna Dilley LPC Associate

Working With Associates

Faithful. Healing. Deliverance.

Travel, Career, and Family

After earning my degree from the University of Texas at San Antonio, I relocated to Dallas to launch my career in the telecommunications industry. Serving as a sales executive gave me the opportunity to travel extensively across the globe. During that season, I also lived in Chicago for several years while completing my MBA at Loyola University.

When I returned to Texas, I met the man who would become my husband of 28 years. Through our marriage, I was blessed with two wonderful stepsons, and together we later welcomed a daughter - who recently graduated from the University of Dallas - and a son who is finishing his senior year there as he prepares for medical school.

We made the intentional decision for me to step away from my corporate career and devote myself fully to being a stay-at-home mother. Although that choice required sacrifice, it brought immeasurable joy, and meaningful challenges that come with nurturing and raising a family.

A Calling to Counsel

As our children began preparing for college, and after ten years of serving in healing and deliverance ministry, I sensed a strong calling from the Lord to return to school and pursue a degree in counseling. Although I hesitated at first, I recognized this step as one of obedience and divine purpose. I believe God placed a deep and compassionate desire in my heart to help His children experience hope, freedom, and healing.

Through my own life journey, I have come to know Jesus as the true source of restoration and truth. My calling is to walk alongside you as you navigate life’s deeper waters - offering guidance, empathy, and faith-centered support every step of the way.

Importance of Mind, Body, and Spirit

I believe we function best when our mind, body, and spirit are in balance. These aspects of our lives are deeply interconnected, yet the spiritual dimension is often overlooked. Just as we cannot see the wind but can feel its effects, the spiritual realm influences us daily - even when it is unseen.

As a Christian counselor, I believe we face spiritual battles that can impact our emotional and mental well-being. At times, we may unknowingly allow harmful influences into our lives. The good news is that healing and freedom are possible. Through faith in Jesus, chains can be broken, and restoration can begin. Our mistakes do not define us - God’s victory does.

My Hope for You

My hope is that you truly understand how deeply valued and cherished you are. No matter how heavy or overwhelming life may feel right now, hope is always within reach. If you are looking for someone who will genuinely listen, support you, and walk beside you through your struggles, I am here for you.

Healing takes courage and intentional effort, but you don’t have to do it alone. Together - with faith and commitment - we can pursue freedom, growth, and a renewed sense of hope for your future.
